Comparative effectiveness of C5 inhibitors in generalized AChR+ MG: MGBase registry study
The therapeutic landscape of generalized AChR-positive myasthenia gravis is rapidly evolving with the introduction of complement C5 inhibitors. However, robust real-world comparative data across these agents remain extremely limited. This MGBase sub-study aims to address this critical evidence gap by evaluating the effectiveness of C5 inhibitors in a large, multicenter, real-world cohort. By generating comparative insights on treatment outcomes, this study seeks to directly inform clinical decision-making and optimize therapeutic strategies in everyday practice. Participation from additional centers will be essential to strengthen the analysis and ensure broadly generalizable results.
